Dr. Virmani at CVIT 2023
Dr. Renu Virmani recently attended the 31st Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Cardiovascular Intervention and Therapeutics (CVIT2023) held August 4-6 in Fukuoka, Japan. The theme of this year’s annual meeting was “Advancing Cardiovascular Care: Innovations, Collaborations, and PCI Excellence”, which spotlighted the many advancements in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Thousands of experts, clinicians, and researchers came to this event to share their knowledge, exchange ideas, and the latest developments in PCI.
While at the CVIT meeting, a dinner was held to celebrate the success of the many fellows that completed training at CVPath over the years with Dr. Virmani. She was also introduced to several future incoming J-1 research fellows that will be training at CVPath over the next few years.
